What is Yoga Therapy?

In these one-on-one sessions, you receive a tailored program designed specifically for your needs, combining therapeutic movement, targeted breathwork, meditation and simple lifestyle tools that support real, lasting change.

Whether you’re managing ongoing pain, recovering from an injury or looking to feel more emotionally balanced and resilient, Yoga Therapy meets you where you are and gives you practical strategies you can use every day.

The Yoga Therapy Process

Yoga Therapy gives you the opportunity to take an active role in cultivating your wellbeing. Whether you have a chronic condition, recovering from injury or seeking emotional harmony, Yoga Therapy draws from the ancient wisdom of yoga to co-facilitate improved health and vitality.

Before the first session you shall complete a detailed intake form. This helps to understand the whole person, including - health history, lifestyle habits, diet and your goals and intentions.

Yoga Therapy is a collaborative approach where we co-create a personalised yoga therapy plan that is sustainable and able to create lasting change. We generally collaborate for a minimum of three sessions for maximum benefit.

Together, we set short and long term goals and build a realistic plan to support them.

This may include:

  • Sleep and daily nutrition adjustments

  • Stress management tools

  • Asana & Somatic Movement practices

  • Breathwork & Meditation

  • Mudra, Mantra & Mindful practices

Collaboration

Session 1: 90 minutes $180.00

Session 2: 60 minutes $150.00

Session 3: 60 minutes $150.00

3 session package: $430.00 (to be used within 3 months)
